Jandy, Zodiac and iAquaLink are all part of Fluidra, one of the world’s largest pool equipment makers, and you’ll still find the Jandy name on most of their pool equipment. Swimming Pool Controls has serviced Jandy equipment in South Florida since 1973. We repair, install and upgrade the whole Fluidra line, including automation, heaters, pumps, lights and salt systems, and we handle warranty service on Jandy and Zodiac products. Automation

AquaLink RS, iAquaLink app and web connection, AquaLink TCX, power centers and control panels. New installs, upgrades from older systems, and fixing lost Wi-Fi or app connections.

Heaters

Jandy JXi, LXi and LRZ gas heaters, plus Jandy heat pumps. Ignition and pressure-switch problems, error codes, and repair-or-replace advice.

Pumps

Jandy variable-speed pumps, including VS FloPro, ePump and PlusHP. Motor and drive replacement and programming speeds through your automation.

Common Jandy & iAquaLink Problems We Fix

  • iAquaLink app says “offline” or won’t connect. Usually a router or Wi-Fi password change, a weak signal at the equipment pad, or a failed iAquaLink Web Connect device. We find which one and get the app talking to your pool again.
  • AquaLink RS or PDA panel not responding, or stuck in Service Mode. We check the power center, the communication wiring and the control board, then restore normal operation.
  • Buttons or schedules that stopped working. Lights, spa, waterfalls or heaters that won’t come on when the app says they should, often a relay, actuator or valve issue.
  • JXi or LXi heater won’t fire. Ignition, flow and pressure-switch faults, and heaters that run from the panel but not from iAquaLink.
  • Variable-speed pump errors. ePump and VS FloPro pumps that won’t prime, lose their speed settings or drop off automation.
  • AquaPure salt system “check cell” or low-salt warnings. We test the cell, flow switch and salt level before recommending a new cell.

Yes. Jandy is part of Zodiac, and Zodiac is part of Fluidra. Fluidra still sells most of its US pool equipment under the Jandy name, so parts, warranties and support all run through the same family of products.

Usually, yes. Most offline problems come from a Wi-Fi change, a failed iAquaLink device, or a communication fault at the control panel. We diagnose which one it is and get you reconnected or upgrade the hardware if needed.

In many cases, yes. Depending on your panel, we can add iAquaLink app control or variable-speed pump and LED light control without replacing your whole equipment pad.
